Chris’ new single released on Friday August 21st follows up on the success of his last single - ‘Fire’. ‘Carefree’ is a sonic upbeat song, inspired by that feeling of being free from your daily obligations. The feeling of bliss in warm summer nights when you're on your way to spend time with someone you love. Carefree summer vibes.

It’s a further step in the direction of self-production, taking his indie and rock influences into the world of electronica and synths with psychedelic touches featuring some cool sounding slide guitar also.

Additional mixing and mastering by Jason Emberton of ‘Eastern Industries’. Chris has enjoyed working with Jason again, learning from this talented and experienced mixing engineer, producer and musician over the last few years. The cover was designed by London photographer – Ben Meadows.
